Booking Conditions – PLEASE READ
- The person making the booking at Kallarroo Lake Eildon accommodation must be over 18 years of age, and is therefore responsible for the booking.
- Check-in time at Kallarroo Lake Eildon accommodation is 2pm on the day of arrival
- Check-out time at Kallarroo Lake Eildon accommodation is 10am on the day of departure, unless prior arrangements have been made
- OFF PEAK CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made during any Off-peak Rate period will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total accommodation tariff paid. Balance of monies paid will be returned within 7 working days
- PEAK CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made during any Peak Rate period within 60 days of arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of total accommodation tariff paid. Cancellations outside of 60 days will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total accommodation tariff paid. Balance of monies will be returned within 7 working days. If only a deposit has been paid, any cancellations made will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the deposit paid
- A $500 cash bond is required to be paid directly to Kallarroo Lake Eildon accommodation. The bond is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection after your stay. Kallarroo Lake Eildon accommodation will contact you to arrange payment of the bond.
